Девочки,помогите,плз,разобраться.
На мое письмо о том,что я не получила посылку,асос мне ответил сначала вот что:

Unfortunately, we have encountered a problem when issuing a refund to the payment method used for the order, so instead a cheque will be issued (GB Pounds only) to your billing address.
(Overseas customers may incur a charge by their bank for cashing a cheque in a different currency – please refer to your bank for details).

а следом же через минуту буквально вот такое письмо:
Hello There,
Thank you for your email, and I’m sorry to hear you’ve not received your order.
I have checked and can confirm that unfortunately the parcel has been lost with our carrier.
I have processed a refund for your order as the items are sadly no longer in stock.
Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
I hope this helps, but please get back in touch if you have any further questions
Получается,что вернут мне деньги на карту,исходя из второго письма? А зачем прислали первое тогда о каких-то чеках?

Возможно это как-то всязано с тем,что расплачивалась я одной карточкой,а потом ее срок действия истек и я в свой аккаунт забила другую карту?
