ситуация такова: в распродажу -20% дополнительно сделала у святых 2 заказа: на Юлию К (170 евро) и на Елену К (170 евро). То есть на 2 разных лица. Отправила на Украину. Святые оформили доставку обоих заказов на Юлию К, хотя в подтверждении стоят 2 разных лица.
Заказы на одно лицо с превышением 300 евро, естественно, таможня не пустила.
Теперь пишу святым с просьбой получить и послать назад, правильно оформив.
Вот какой ответ мне пришел от Анны:
If we return the parcel back to us and resend back to you still will have to pay customs and taxes.
These charges are from your country since this is an international order.
Please note without paying the customs you wont be able to receive the parcel.
Please let me k now if you are sure to return the parcel and resend since we can not return a second time.

Но ведь проблема-то в косяке самих святых, я ведь заказала правильно!? Отписала им об этом. Что посоветуете в ситуации? Вещи уже 1) нет в том размере 2)по цене на 20% дороже

на сайте UPS указан вес посылочки - 5кг. Могут столько весить шелковое платье, туфельки и сережки? Как мне их теперь с Украины переправить правильно? Я думала в пределах 2х кило будет посылка... Или это не кг, a lbs на самом деле (просто опечатка на сайте ups)?
