у нас нет офиса юпс, поэтому как там все должно происходить не выяснила
у меня была замена товара и вот что мне предлагалось сделать:
"Please log in to your 6pm.com account. Under the section titled "Process A Return or View Your Order History" click on the order number for return. In the 3rd column , please click on the link that shows " Display Your UPS Return Label". When you click the link, your label will pop up in a new window. Simply print it and tape it to the outside of your return shipping box.
Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging, e.g. shoebox, and place it in the shipping box. Attach the label to the sealed box. Be sure to cover any old labels with the new one, or just peel them off. A black marker can also be used to cover any existing bar codes.
You may drop off your return at any authorized UPS shipping location, but please do not drop your return off at a drop box. If you have UPS pick up at your office, they can also take the package for you. To find the nearest authorized shipping location, please visit
www.ups.com.
If for any reason you are unable to print out a label we would be happy to drop one in the mail to you. Simply reply to this email to let us know and include the address you would like the label mailed if it is different from the shipping address on your account.

off any previous mailing labels on the box, or completely cover it by the new label.
You are now ready to drop it off at your authorized shipping center.
We encourage you to keep your tracking number for your records.
3. Once your return item is received and inspected by our warehouse staff
(usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and
automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of
payment within 7 days. "
