Помогите разобраться с ситуацией. В одно бандерольке сделала возврат от разных людей, так вот, мой возврат они получили (как то с задержкой и то, только после моего письма), а одну чужую позицию они не засчитывают. Писала Селин, она мне написала:
Dear Alexey,
Our depot has searched the returned item and could not find your Beanie Hat so in order to move forward with the investigation into this missing item, please find attached a Declaration of Return form.
This form is a legally binding document, confirming that you did return the Fife Beanie from order 232314 in with the returned items from order 2322275 sent to us by Irina Pilugina.
Please be aware that any signed and returned Declaration will be used in any further inquiries carried out by AllSaints, should they be necessary. Such further inquiries may involve police investigations and / or legal action, and any signed Declaration may be used as evidence to support our case in such actions.
