Что-то надоело мне ждать этот несчастный 208, сложа руки. Тетньки какие-то емсные либо врут, либо нагло заявляют, что "ждите, не разбирали вашу депешу от 7 апреля". Повторюсь - я написала вчера в почтовый союз. Предлагаю присоединиться всем желающим, чтобы массово попытаться надавить на ЕМС.
Итак, вот примерный образец письма:
Dear Sirs/Madams!
I kindly ask you to influence Russian EMS as the company permanently violates time terms. Parcels are Imported 8-14 days (and even more) after they arrive in Russia. EMS' representatives refuses to bear any responsibility for these facts though they agree that the parcels were received several days ago. Very often there are no answers at all upon requests and inquiries. As an example I can give you my No________(ваш трек, кот. где-то летает) which has not been registered yet while the parcels No______ (треки тех, кто уже получил из того же диспатча) have already been handed over to customs etc. As you can see Russian EMS DID receive all the packages but does nothing to register most of them.
I insist on taking measures against Russian EMS and forcing the company to meet international time terms regarding Express delivery.
