79-й от 10.02 тишина....
Я сегодня написала в Джим гневное письмо. Что праздники и снега давно закончились. Чтобы разобрались со своим ЕМС и ответили конкретно о ее местонахождении и дате получения. Либо вернули деньги за заказ....
В общем злая я сегодня...
Самое обидное, больше чем уверена, что опять получу тоже самое...нам очень жаль...
Где тут смайлик, бьющийся об стену головой?

First of all, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
As we checked with your Shipment no. 589764 (EM9****5KR), it has been arrived at INTERNATIONAL POST OFFICE in Incheon on Feb 11 and stood by at the moment.
Regarding this sort of matter, we have contacted the post office by phone calling; however, their answer is we have to wait till it would be preceded.
They also mentioned there are many items being delayed even from the last week of January.
Please note that in case of updating delivery status for parcels that sends out to Russia, it could take longer than usual time because of the country's EMS system.
Russia is one of the countries where delays updating the confirmation date of parcel(s).
So most of customers face difficulties of tracking their parcels.
It could take about 10 to max. 30 days for EMS Russia to update the delivery status for your parcel, so please be patient with us.
