У меня тоже самое. Заказ был на 156,98$, а сделали запрос на списание 273,98$.
Зашла в заказ, а там все позиции, которые были минус 50% сейчас по полной цене

Пошла я в чат со своей проблемой. (заказ был сделан по акции без кода - минус 50% на весь раздел бьюти (минус 50% было в цене).
Просили код, пришлось 5 раз повторить, что предложение было без кода. Чудо свершилось, признали, что предложение было. Но тут началось самое интересное
С ее слов ( в ордере скидка работала на все наборы):

В общем решила она мне сделать регулировку цен, что бы было, как в изначальном ордере, НО оказалось
The confirmation screenshot that you have was for when the order was made and we had them at that time. Since that time the items have sold and are no longer in stock.

Знаю, что 100% бред и вранье. Если я им сейчас дам списать запрашиваемую сумму в полном объеме, то все позиции отгрзузят
В общем настроения 0. И что с этим делать я понятия не имею.

ilovesale, в магазинаx иногда акции или раньше или позже. Так что в магазинаx в эти дату, а на сайте думаю раньше.

что -то я не пойму смысла кода BUY2GET2. Все сделали по полной цене и какая разница как покупать 4 по коду за 20 или 4 по акции 4 за 20.
