Caramell-ka, при статусе процессед откройте заказ, если у товаров написано shipped (даже если посылка еще не отправлена), то не отменят. Если in process, то могут отменить.
А вообще, зачем должны отменять? это только проблемные заказы при статусе процессед и ин процесс внутри отменяют. А так, нет.
