If you want us to contact your bank regarding failed payment, please give us information below.
- card number;
- last and first name embossed;
- date, amount and the authorisation id (6-digit issuer approve code);
- logo of the company (bank)
- email address of a person in charge of bank
- please notify that you want to cancel the transaction.
Then we will request your bank to release your money.

Тут в принципе все ясно, кроме строчки:
-date, amount and the authorisation id (6-digit issuer approve code);
Нужно ввести дату, сумму, id и код. Не совсем понимаю, какой 6-ти значный код им нужен!
