Девушки,нужна помощь! Хочу отказаться от посылки,которую жду с 4 декабря.Причина-в посылке новогодние подарки,которые уже не актуальны.Хочу,чтоб вернули полную стоимость плюс доставка.Может у кого-то есть подобное письмо? Спасибо!
Я ЮПС не оплачивала, сами отправили (как всегда). Т.е. возврат денег - это не быстрая процедура, как я понимаю? И куда Вика их возвращает? Или на эту сумму нужно будет сделать заказ?

Unfortunately, item#...that I received as part of my order # does not look as pictured and described. This hoodie has no front pocket, drawstring and side zippers (под змейками вы имели в виду молнии? на фото не видно, на сайте не нахожу...). I am upset and disappointed as I wanted the hoodie in the original picture, but not the one I received. Could you please help?

Девочки! Выручайте, ничего не пойму. Вчера вечером сделала заказ, оплата прошла (пришла смска о снятии денег) сегодня пытаюсь зайти в order status вижу вот такую штуку:
