Since early 2012, I have not received any VS news or offers by e-mail though I did not unsubscribe. I tried to subscribe again using "Get special offers & more" link, but this did not help. Could you please solve this problem?

items from order # (номер заказа) were backordered until (ожидаемая дата появления на складе), but on (дата, когда вы зашли на сайт и обнаружили вещь на складе) I checked my account and found that my order status was Backorder Filled. However, I received no shipment confirmation. My card was not charged, either. Could you please help?

I do enjoy shopping with Victoria's Secret. Thank you for high quality and trendy design of your merchandise. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with my last order, item#, size, color. These shoes are a perfect fit, but they are stained with glue and the sole is crinkled and uneven. There is yet another thing that really upsets me - the left shoe is much darker than the right one, so they do not match. Please see pictures attached.

Thank you for taking your time to contact me regarding the wrong/defective item. The problem is that I am in Russia now and the USPS/UPS prepaid return label you mentioned is invalid here, and I will have to pay as much as the price of the item to send it to you. That is why I asked you if it is possible to cover my postage fees.
Moreover, due to postal delays, you may not receive the returned item within 30 days.
Are there any ways to solve my problem?

As regards my order #.., a refund in the amount of... (указать сумму) was expected. Five business day have passed since you informed me about the refund, but I still got nothing. Hope you will kindly help me solve this problem.
