We truly apologize for any confusion. Now that Ideel has moved to Groupon, you won’t be able to access your ideel.com account any longer, but you can find the order history and other information in your confirmation emails.
If you didn’t already have a Groupon account, one has been created for you with your ideel.com log in info. If you have trouble logging in, you may need to reset your password. If you already had a Groupon account, you can log in with that information.
To make up for the trouble, we’re issuing you $10 in Groupon Bucks. You’ll be able to use them right away, and they will automatically apply toward future Groupon purchases. They expire in 60 days.
