Дурацкий вопрос: его изменить можно? и ничего за это не будет? Дело в том, что это второй экаунт. В первом указала адрес регистрации тоже Шопфанс и их телефон, так теперь не могу изменить его. Накатала им письмо, ответили, выдвинув невыполнимые условия:
At this time because you are an international member who has registered on the eBay.com (US) site, you will not be able to complete the phone verification. Because you are going through the US site, normally the phone verification would be needed and work perfectly, however because you are international it will not, so the site is confused. That is why it is asking for you to go through the phone verification but then not allowing you to complete it.
What you will need to do to become verified is complete our request for "Proof Of Identity", this will get the needed information to eBay to verify your account and allow you to start listing your items. I know this is difficult to understand and may be very frustrating because of the time and effort that will have to be put in to this request, however this will need to be completed before we can continue to allow you to sell on eBay.com.
The information we are requesting will need to be sent in to eBay.com by FAX and can not be sent in any other way. If you do not have a fax machine or access to a fax machine you are welcome to use one of the websites online that allows you to scan your documents in, and then they fax the information to us. Just be sure you review the information, and use a secure faxing website before you send any personal information or documents.
The contact information on the documents you send us needs to match the information on your eBay account. If it doesn't, you'll need to let us know in writing why there are differences. If your address on eBay is your work address, you'll need to send us proof in writing so we can confirm that.
Be sure to include the user ID and email address of the account that is being appealed on the submitted documents. If the fax doesn't contain this information, we won't be able to process it.

* Bank statements, including loan/mortgage statements
