Thanks for shopping Buckle.com! Unfortunately we will be unable to process your order unless you have a state-side issued credit card or a prepaid card. The reason we need a different payment is because we cannot currently process international credit cards and still ship to the United States. If you would like to ship internationally then we would accept an international card as we have a separate company that is able to process and verify those transactions. I do understand that this is an inconvenience however we would still be able to process the order with a different form of payment.
