Посредника поставила в известность ,но почему-то посредник yoybuy не считает нужным ответить.

ВОТ ФОТО ТОГО ЧТО БЫЛО . Я yoybuy предложила 2 варианта -1. пришлите за свой счёт то что не выслали и 2. верните деньги за вещи+ yoybuy % и стоймость пересылки . Я всё оплачивала. Пришло письмо Dear Tatiana,

They are old seems from the picture,right? think someone take out your items and put some other product in your parcel
because these three product isn't from YoyBuy
If so ,your parcel should be opened before going to you
please send me the picture of your parcel
we will check if it is opened in the transit. nother point, I find your parcel isn't insured
we couldn't give you the compensation for the item missing in the transit
While you are our important customer,
I will try my best to apply some YoyBuy points for you
I strongly recommend you insure your parcel in future

Вот этих вещёй и не оказалось в посылке. А вместо этого тот мусор фото которого я уже выкладывала.

Остальные вещи с заказа не были упакованные, просто лежали в посылки.НО в посылки были ещё поношенная куртка, детская рубашка , ползуны. Вес посылки совпадает с заявленным, вскрыта посылка не была. Представитель посредника на форуме ответил -пишите в сервисный центр. Сервисный центр пишит

2)Is there the unpack trace in your parcel when it was signed for?
3)Please weigh the received parcel
and give me the exact weight

I find some item is small and light in your parcel,please search for your parcel carefully again
