Hello Tatjana,

Well, I hope you have enjoyed this 7 Day Mini Makeup Course.

For more information on any of the subjects discussed, please see:

Mineral-Makeup-Help.com

As a final few words, I'd like to quickly mention the importance of
properly removing your makeup.

I recommend an exfoliating cleanser at night and a very gentle
cleanser in the morning.

For example, you could use a microdermabrasion cloth with natural
soap at night, and just your hands and soap in the morning.

Or, for very sensitive or mature skin, try a cream cleanser at night
and morning. Just remember to exfoliate at least weekly for this
skin type.

Most other skin types can exfoliate gently each day and reap
wonderful results.

Now for some final words...

The most important beauty tip you can ever remember is:

Beauty comes from within.

First, you must FEEL good about yourself. Learn to really love
yourself, including all of your flaws!

I dare you to smile into a mirror for 5 minutes and see if you
don't feel better!! Look at how cute you are!!! Nobody in the
WHOLE wide world has your exact facial features, plus hair color,
skin color and eye color!

Okay, okay, unless you are an identical twin!!!

Either way, you are unique and beautiful on the inside.
Love yourself!

Secondly, what you put into your body will show up on the outside
of your body, if in excess.

If you load up on junk foods, mostly processed and cooked foods,
and sugar-laden concoctions, then don't expect your skin to glow
with health.

If you smoke, bake in the sun till you burn and have massive stress
in your life, then don't expect gorgeous skin.

You must take care of your self!! Eat proper foods. Eat as much
raw, living food as possible (so that it transfers its life to your
body). Eat foods in as close to their natural state as possible.
(Avoid processed foods as much as you can).

Just ask yourself... does this come out of the ground (or the sea) or
was this made in a lab?

Go as natural as possible.

To take it up another notch, go organic. Not only should your foods
be all natural, they should NOT be sprayed with fertilizers,
pesticides, or in the case of animal products, they shouldn't be
laden with hormones and antibiotics.

Buy natural, organic foods and you're off to a good start.

My favorite site for info on this is: http://www.mercola.com

If you are not sure where to even start on this, I highly recommend
several books including:

Nourishing Traditions: The Cookbook that Challenges Politically Correct Nutrition and the Diet Dictocrats

Nourishing Traditions is an excellent book for the beginner. It is actually a cookbook
with many health recipes and tips.

Each page has snippets of information about certain foods.

Also included are several sections in the front that describe the basic way you should be eating, including the correct oils and fats, carbs, proteins, sweeteners, etc.

To really learn all about this, I recommend this book:

Nutrition and Physical Degeneration

Dr. Weston A. Price was a dentist many years ago who traveled the world in search
of health truth. What he discovered may surprise you.

The most primitive of societies had the most robust health! As soon as one of these
people would travel to a "modern" society and begin eating their food, their health
would inevitably decline... cavities would increase, sickness increased, and more.

Fabulous read.

So eat right, exfoliate regularly, moisturize twice daily, use only
quality makeups like mineral makeup, choose the colors that look
best on you to save time and money in the long run, and just HAVE
FUN WITH IT!

Congratulations for graduating from this 7 Day Mini Makeup Course!

I hope you enjoyed it!

Sincerely,

Chandi Plank
