Hi Tatjana, it's Chandi again!

Today's lesson is about creating a gorgeous, smooth complexion with
mineral makeup.

I highly recommend mineral makeup because it works on every skin type,
looks natural, feels light and airy and covers any flaw.

Read about more benefits.

If you've never heard of 100% Pure Australian Emu Oil...

You're in for a treat!

-After cleansing your face, gently pat dry, leaving a thin layer of
moisture on your face. Now pat in about 3 to 5 drops of emu oil
(depending on your skin type... use more for dry skin, less for oily
skin). Allow this to soak in for about 5 minutes.

If your face feels tight, apply some more. If your face feels
greasy, blot off the excess with a towel.

-Then, using a kabuki brush, begin buffing on your mineral makeup.

If you have relatively good skin, one or two layers will suffice.

If you don't have the world's greatest skin, then you might need to
apply two to four layers.

At this point, don't expect all your flaws to be covered. You
should have covered about 80% of your skin issues.

-Now, at this point, go back in with a concealer brush and touch up
any areas that need more help, using your same mineral foundation.
You can also use a concealer, which is thicker, if you prefer.

Areas you might need to cover up include: under eye area, upper eye
lid, acne, scarring, etc.

If you have large pores, tap some powder onto them, and then sweep
your brush downwards to smooth out the look of the large pores.

-Now, use your kabuki brush again and go back and TAP (not buff) on
a final layer of the mineral foundation all over. (If you swirl at
this point, you'll buff off all the hard work you just did).

Here are some tips for covering specific flaws.

Work with these steps for several days and you will figure out the
exact method you prefer. Some people require more coverage, while
others require less. Work WITH your skin, not against it.

At this point, your skin should appear flawless. You shouldn't see
any of your blemishes or flaws or bags or puffs. If you do, don't
lose heart. Just keep working with it until you get the hang of it.

Loose powder mineral makeup is VERY different from liquid
foundation. Sometimes it can take a day or two to get the hang of
it if you have very broken out skin.

But don't worry... it is the easiest makeup in the world to apply and
ANYBODY can do it. In fact, you'll soon learn that you can
virtually apply it in the dark and still end up with the same,
fabulous result!

Tomorrow is about choosing the best makeup colors for your skin type.

This is KEY. You don't want to miss it.

Till then,
