Вот, может кому-то будет полезен мой опыт. Заказала обои, ват не вычли, доставка в заказе была 40 евро. потом на почту пришло письмо следующего содержания:
Good afternoon,
Thank you for your order at our shop.
You put an order at our shop of 40 rolls wallpaper.
Our shipping costs outside the EU at the shop is an estimate. It depends on weight and how many rolls.
We have received an offer from our shipper to ship the wallpapers to Moscow.
We will ship it in 3 different packages.
2 parcels of 20kg
1 parcel of 10kg
Total shipping costs : € 250,00
We may ship without VAT so the wallpapers without VAT is € 346,55
Shipping costs € 250,00
------------
Total price : € 596,55

You made a payment of € 501,84
So additional costs : € 596,55 - € 501,84 = € 94,71
Our question :
If you want to proceed the order we will charge you a payment of € 94,71 Do you still want to receive the order ?
It is also possible to cancel the order and made a refund to you of € 501,84
The average time of shipping to Russia will be about 2 weeks.

В общем после этого письма я сравнила цены еще раз с московскими и попросила рефанд.
