Подскажите, пожалуйста.
Получил ответ системы в обостренном споре:

Option 1) 45% refund without returning goods. (We checked the information and supportive evidence you provided for this dispute, your
claim about ********* is accepted. According to the problem
of the order, we can provide you this partial refund option. If you
would like to get a full refund, we suggest you to choose option 2.)
Option 2) Return the goods for a full refund. (seller pays the return shipping cost.)
Please
let us know your choice or other remarks within 3 calendar days. If you
fail to choose or reach an agreement with seller before the deadline,
we will close this dispute directly according to the option 1. If the
seller provides valid counter evidence as response, we might update
options you could choose.

В ответе на спор указал, что выбираю первый вариант. Последовала переписка с продавцом в споре, обмен мнениями, так сказать, каких-то доказательств им не предъявлено, как не получено и согласие от него. В итоге, по истечении времени на счетчике, появилось следующее предложение системы:

didn't get an amicable solution from seller. We will try our best to
provide you any support. We checked the information and supportive
evidence you provided for this dispute, your claim about ************* is accepted.
Generally,
we follow the return policy (set on every order) to mediate the
dispute.For this order, the return policy is “Returns accepted if
product not as described, buyer pays return shipping; or keep the
product & agree refund with seller.” (This policy was displayed in
the product page.)
Since the order amount is large and you
want to get a full refund, I highly suggest you to return the goods. And
according to the return policy, buyer needs to bear the shipping cost,
considering the shipping fee may be expensive, we suggest you to confirm
the shipping fee with your local Post Office firstly. If you hope
seller share the shipping fee with you, you could negotiate with her/him
and I will help you to encourge seller as well. But in case you would
like to keep the product or repair it at your local reparing center, I
suggest you could try to negociate a partial refund with seller for
compensation.
In any case, please be aware that if unfortunately
you two parties cannot settle the problem, you may be required to return
the goods for the refund.
You have 5 days to negotiate
with the seller for a solution. Please do keep us informed if there’s

Вот и силюсь понять: предыдущий вариант решения был выбран, но что-то изменилось и теперь он не актуален? Т.е. спор не закрылся, как утверждалось в первом предложении, а обновился? И все лишь из-за того, что продавец выказал несогласие без доказательств?
Может, готовиться поднимать бучу по неправильному решению?
