We apologize, but we do not price match reduced sale prices. This would include matching prices from previous or future sales as well as matching prices from orders that have already been submitted.
However, Anastasiya, you are welcome to refuse the order for a refund. If you would like, you can submit a new order for the items at the current price.
If you refuse the package successfully, the shipper will turn it around and return it to our warehouse and you will not incur any return shipping fees. In that case, once the refused package reaches our warehouse again, the merchandise will go through the return process and you will be refunded in full for it. Please note that if you open the package in any way, this will void the option to refuse the delivery and is considered an acceptance of the delivery. You would then need to pay to return the merchandise through a courier of your choice.
To refuse a UPS shipment, Anastasiya, if you are available at the time the delivery driver arrives, you can advise the driver that you do not want the package.
Should UPS deliver your order while you are away, please do not open the package. You can call 1-800-PICKUPS and explain that you want to refuse the delivery. UPS should retrieve the unopened package on the next business day. If your order is signed for by you or anyone else at your location, you will be unable to refuse the delivery. At that point, you would need to pay the return shipping costs through a courier of your choice.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do choose to refuse the package, Anastasiya, please make sure to go through the online return process for that order on 6pm.com so our system knows that we're expecting it back. Otherwise, your refund could be delayed longer than normal.
It should take a refused package around a week to make it back to our warehouse. Once your return is received and inspected by our returns department (usually within 3 days of receipt), Anastasiya, we will process your refund and automatically apply a full credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account (or up to 30 days if your card is internationally-issued).
