уф бесит сейчас они мне написали что типо извините но в предыдущем письме мы мол ошиблись и ват все таки уже не вернем но в конце вот что написали это что значит??? "Тем не менее, мы рады объявить, что мы сейчас субсидировать расходы по доставке на все международные направления.

We have recently reviewed our refund policy and we are no longer offering VAT refunds on International orders. This is because our website's prices do not include VAT outside the EU.
However, we are pleased to announce that we are now subsidising shipping costs to all international destinations.
