Снежa, возврат вещей из отмененных заказов или удаленных из заказа обычно появляются утром следующего дня. Поэтому, как Вам посоветовали, лучше сделать заказ и тут же написать в чат, чтобы добавили нужную вещь.

Виктория11, как подсказал мне один пользователь тут, пишите не в чат, а на почту, грамотно составьте письмо, обычно идут на уступки.
