Когда придет посылка фотографируйте каждый шаг ее разбора (как они просят). Вышлите им фотографии, скорее всего, Вам вернут деньги за отсутствующие позиции.
Вот, что они сегодня написали: "Once you paid for your order
1) Domestic delivery --> It takes about 1~2 business days.
2) Arrive in the warehouse, they will check if all items are arrived and then apply for bar cord. (When not all items are arrived, you are still able to change your order)-->Takes around 2~3days
3) Pack in one shipment, If all items are arrived, they will be packed in one shipment. (When they are packed in one shipment, you can not change your order) and then apply for Shipment No. -->Takes around 1~2days
4) International delivery, you can have your EMS No for checking the status of your shipment.
5) Arrive in your country-->Takes around 3days
The above is the procedure for international delivery.
And when you order, we estimate the EMS delivery charge, and in step (4) in the above, EMS check the real status of the parcel and charge the final price for delivery. In this step, if the actual price is higher than the estimated, customer have to pay the gap balance, and in revserse, if the actual is lower than the estimated, refund will be made for the gap.
